It’s great to be reminded that at heart, all people want the same things. Our common humanity binds us together in ways that extend well beyond the International Day of Fraternity. We all want to feel heard, respected and supported, especially when we are going through times of major upheaval.
Maya Angelou famously said, “People don’t always remember what you say or even what you do, but they always remember how you made them feel.”
SMART Realty Solutions strives to use every ounce of experience and knowledge to create fantastic results for our clients. But even more importantly, we have a very specific goal of orchestrating experiences that are five-star, from “start to sold!” The SMART in our name, SMART Realty Solutions, is an acronym. It stands for Strategy, Marketing, Attitude, Resources and Team, which is all very clever ;-) but what clients really want to know, is what any of this means for them.
Let’s start with Strategy: for home sellers, this means we have a plan. A plan to ensure a smooth selling process, a stress-free transaction, and if we do encounter unforeseen challenges, that we have a plan B, and a plan C, maybe even a D. In our Marketing we use a multi-channel marketing approach that ensures our clients’ homes are seen by the largest audience. From our professional photography and videos, to neighbourhood flyers, and ads on social media, all of these tools have only one goal: to attract buyers. When our clients see the proactive steps we take to market their homes, they tell us they feel empowered.
Our Attitude: Many of our clients have not sold a home ever, or at least not in decades. It’s understandable that they would have questions. At SMART Realty Solutions, our attitude is always one of patience and positivity. We’ll take the time to explain the process, answer your questions, and communicate in a timely manner. This attitude makes our clients feel respected.
We have Resources: Since we specialize in concierge real estate services for seniors, we have all the resources at hand to take care of our clients’ needs. From packers, to painters, to handyman and lawn care services, we’ve done the legwork and interviewed the contractors to make sure they are honest, reliable and affordable. In providing the resources our clients need, we help them feel supported.
