The Roadmap to Downsizing
Summer is the perfect time to plan a road trip. Blue skies and dry roads practically demand that we go exploring and have an adventure.
As a downsizing Realtor™ I can tell you that preparing to sell the family home is a lot like taking a road trip: you’re going somewhere you’ve never been before, and getting there is going to involve some planning.
Before we venture forth, we consult the experts, read the reviews, and plan for contingencies. We decide our destination, plan our route, and pack our essentials – all in preparation to enjoy what lies ahead.

Freedom to spend money on more interesting things than grass cutting and snow removal. Freedom from work, worry and isolation. You’ve arrived, and it feels great!
